200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification
Are you interested in diving deeper into your yoga practice? Our foundational yoga teacher training program will break down the proper alignment in your yoga asana, delve into the history and philosophy of the yogic teachings, and set you up to be a qualified and knowledgable yoga teacher.
This training is insightful and beneficial even if you don’t want to become a yoga teacher. We encourage aspiring teachers and curious students to register.
We suggest that you have been practicing yoga regularly for at least one year.

50 Hour Mentorship Program
Take your teaching and your practice to the next level with the Soma Yoga School Mentorship Program. Designed for graduates of a 200 or 300 hour program, our Mentorship Program offers key teachings and practical wisdom from our most senior teachers. You will receive 50 hours of continuing education credits.
