From strong flows to restorative yoga, we’ve got you covered at Soma. We welcome all ages and body types. There’s something for everybody here.

Therapeutic

Our therapeutic and accessible classes are designed for most bodies. If you are new to yoga or looking for something more gentle, these are a great option.

  • Restore is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. You will settle into a supported pose and hold that pose for an extended period of time. Restore is an incredibly soothing class that can help to reduce stress, improve sleep, and quiet your mind.

  • In our traditional Yin Yoga class you will be guided through various meditation techniques throughout long held yoga postures. The practice revives the body’s deep connective tissue and stimulates energy lines, increasing joint range of motion and optimum organ health.

  • Roll and Recover is designed to alleviate aches and pains, reduce stress, and prevent injuries. This highly accessible class offers a combination of rolling with yoga based strength and mobility.

    Roll and Recover is both nourishing and energizing, and is the perfect supplement to any movement and mindfulness practice. If you've ever said, "I need to do yoga but I'm too inflexible." this is the class for you!

Flow Yoga

We offer our more traditional Vinyasa Flow styles in varying intensities. You can discover our soft, spiritual flows as well as more vigorous flows that challenge you.

  • Ashtanga is a dynamic method of yoga synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures resulting in a light body and a calm mind. This led class is appropriate for most students as it explores the basic components of the practice within traditional and non-traditional sequence options. Focus is on safely developing a routine of self-discipline and, eventually, a life-long personal practice.

  • Dynamic Flow is our more rigorous Vinyasa style. These expertly crafted classes offer strength based asana with smart sequencing leading you towards a more advanced peak pose.

    If you like to work on a goal and build to more challenging postures. This class is for you!

  • Our Heated Flow class is a challenging Vinyasa Flow style practiced in a heated room. You can expect strength based asana that will often lead you into a challenging peak pose. Be prepared to move and sweat.

  • Our signature Flow is an alignment based, Vinyasa class designed to connect your mind with your body. You can expect expertly crafted classes with smart sequencing and flowing movement guided by your breath.

  • This is our most accessible Flow class and offers a more therapeutic approach to your practice. It is perfect for newer students or anyone who wants to take it a little easy. This class is the perfect wind down to your day and will help you get a good night’s sleep.

Fitness

Our fitness classes offer you a great workout but also focus on breath and alignment. We believe your workouts can feel both calm and challenging!

  • Pulse combines the mindfulness of a yoga class with the power of a fitness class. Explore asana based strength interspersed with cardio rounds and kriyas. Pulse is a cathartic experience that will ease you out of your comfort zone. It is physically challenging and musically driven. Get ready to sweat and have fun!

  • Pilates is based on the principles of lengthening, strengthening and toning your body. It is a powerful, yet graceful movement system that connects your mind, breath and body. Your body will become longer and leaner, and you will feel a renewed energy of the mind, body and spirit.

  • Pilates Fusion is an energizing, beat-driven class that combines elements of Pilates with barre and functional movement patterns. You can expect a full-body workout with equal amounts of mat-based and standing exercises covering all planes of motion. While this class is faster-paced than our Mat Pilates class, all levels are welcome!
