Reiki is intended to support physical, emotional and mental health.
As a non-invasive and nurturing way of resetting the body, the healing energy is said to move through the body and target the areas that are most in need of revitalization. Many people fall asleep during a session experiencing different imagery and, sometimes, feeling like they’ve travelled. Reiki targets a deep sense of overall relaxation. -
Joanne came to massage therapy the way many practitioners do — through her own experience of what it can change.
After a serious car accident left her with daily headaches, a gifted massage therapist helped her eliminate them. The same therapist gave critical support through the stress of her mother’s illness and the grief that followed. Those experiences weren’t just healing — they were transformational. They showed her what this work is actually capable of when a client meets the right therapist at the right time.
More than two decades into her practice, Joanne feels truly honored to do the work and continues to explore it with curiosity and wonder.
Her session feels like a deeply relaxing massage while simultaneously integrating myofascial unwinding, intentional deep tissue work, and nervous system regulation. The goal is to feel coherence. The work typically follows a treatment arc, with each session building on the last, so that improvements integrate and become a new baseline before old patterns have a chance to return. It’s the difference between feeling better after a massage and actually changing how your body functions. Joanne feels called to guide clients on a pathway toward sustained resilience in their body — all while their busy life continues to happen.
Craniosacral Therapy, the Alexander Technique and Aston Patterning influence Joanne’s work, alongside a fascination with how the nervous system holds and releases stress. Exploring how sound healing can support the work - with tuning forks and Tibetan singing bowls, for example – continues to inform an approach that keeps evolving.
Joanne is available Saturdays 10:00a – 6:30p and by request throughout the week.

The applications of manual therapy go far beyond physical benefits, allowing the receiver to understand how their lifestyle patterns and experiences have shaped the tissues of their body. Natalie practices an amalgamation of several massage techniques but she primarily implements myofascial release with heavy influence of Structural Integration.
Bodywork with Natalie will reveal habitual patterns held within the connective and muscular tissue in order to bring further awareness and alignment into the body.
Natalie is available Mondays from 8:30am-12:30pm. Other appointments may be available by request. To book with Natalie call 978-895-8003 or email hello@nataliewannamaker.com

Postural Yoga is designed to minimize chronic aches and pains by bringing your body back into balance.
Through genetics and habitual patterns, we are all in misalignment. These imbalances are a big cause of chronic pain in our bodies and will eventually lead to injury. Amy will assess your postural imbalances and then utilize a combination of rolling and yoga based stretching and strengthening to restore balance. This work will prevent injuries and allow you to keep doing all of the activities you love.
Amy is an E-RYT - 500, Certified Postural and Movement Analyst with Tom Myers, and Intermediate Level III Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with Peter Levine.
