Breathwork & Meditation Series
A 4-week breathwork and meditation series to warm your body, open your heart & sharpen your mind.
Five of the pillars of Yoga's eight-limbed path focus on the mastery of breath and mental practices. Yet, modern daily habits often leaves us more distracted, more prone to holding our breath, and more dysregulated in our nervous systems.
This series will focus on the practical, physiological and neurological benefits of breath and meditation while introducing practitioners to the ancient roots and texts that guided yogis to clearer vision and open hearted living.
Appropriate for beginners to seasoned yogis and those interested in expanding their daily tool kit for energetic maintenance.

Form + Function: Organizing the Body with Katonah Yoga ®
Join Meredith for a playful exploration into Katonah Yoga ® created by Nevine Michaan, a dimensional practice rooted in classical Hatha yoga, daoism, sacred geometry, and the use of metaphorical language to engage the imagination within the body and breath.
Learn techniques for organizing the body through joint space to move beyond habitual patterns, access greater stability and mobility in your postures, and experience more freedom and functionality through well-informed structure.
An organized body frees up the breath, soothes the nervous system, and allows for a steadiness of mind and self to emerge. Expect a mix of theory discussion, integrated practice, pranayama, props, and hands-on support — with practical tools you can bring into your own practice and daily life.
Beyond The Basics: Mastering Spinal Extension
Join Kim for an opportunity to deepen your Pilates practice through a focus on spinal extension. We will begin with a mat class, then break down each prone exercise in the Pilates Mat order: Breaststroke, One Leg Kick, Double Leg Kick, Swimming, Swan Dive and more.
Through a mix of discussion, practice, and hands-on cueing, we will apply functional anatomy and biomechanical movement principles to explore how different bodies require different set-ups for supported spinal extension. Taking a few steps beyond the basics, this workshop offers space to get a little technical and ask questions.
This workshop is geared toward regular Pilates practitioners, aspiring instructors, and teachers seeking continuing education. As most spinal extension exercises on the mat are performed prone, this workshop is not suitable during pregnancy.

The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day of the year and the rebirth of the sun—a sacred astronomical event honoring our profound connection to the natural world - to the land + sky energies, and to the cosmic cycles. We’ll move into an embodied movement practice enriched with breathwork and sound as an invitation to explore and to drop into the wisdom of psyche and soma. The evening will close with a therapeutic yin practice, guided meditation, and sound bath to nurture the nervous system and restore harmony within. Chaturanga Clinic
Time to tune up your Chaturanga Dandasana!
The Chaturanga (or “yoga pushup”) is one of the most common postures in vinyasa-style classes. Get the tools you need to build a Chaturanga that feels strong and sustainable for the lifetime of your practice.
We’ll review frequent roadblocks and pain points, and how to break away from common compensations (like the droopy pelvis, duck tail, or the dreaded S-spine). If you feel like your wrists or arms or shoulders aren’t strong enough for Chaturanga, we’ll explore ways to position the skeleton and engage the supporting muscles to connect to the strength you already have.
This two-hour workshop includes a slow warm-up period, an overview of essential mechanics and breath support, and gradually builds up to repetitions of the full Chaturanga pose, its variations, and the “jump-back” motion. Participants will be offered hands-on support and personalized feedback throughout. The workshop will close with some restorative shapes and a resting period.
Advanced Pilates Workshop
Experience how strength, endurance, concentration, and coordination are essential to accomplishing the advanced exercises of the Pilates repertoire. In this workshop, there will be time to ask questions and review intermediate-level exercises that support your ability to safely perform more physically demanding movement patterns.
This workshop is intended for regular students looking to deepen their practice, as well as Pilates instructors and aspiring teachers. Participants should be physically able (i.e., not currently injured or pregnant) and have a solid understanding of the Pilates principles and the classical Pilates repertoire.
Remembering: A Women's Circle Honoring Death + Rebirth

Jelisa Difo, Grief Alchemist + Death Doula, and Yera Gomes, Soma's Somatic Practitioner + Integrative Doula, will guide you through movement, breath, sound and writing practices to anchor into the body and attune to your inner wisdom.
This circle is an invitation for women to gather, witness one another, and honor the natural rhythms of life - the cycles that ask us to surrender, transform, and rise again.
*Please bring a journal and a photo or altar item connected to your ancestral lineage.

We'll also explore various modifications for both personal practice and for teaching your students.

Fall Back Yin
One of the most significant transitions of the year is upon us. The Fall Equinox is an opportunity to celebrate our harvest, both literally and figuratively. It is a time to reflect and acknowledge the ways in which we've shown up in all facets of our lives. We work with the potency of this shift to reevaluate our intentions, make any necessary changes and express gratitude for what already is.
Yera will lead a yin yoga practice to create space and move stagnant energy in the body. Followed by breathwork and a restorative element to soothe the nervous system and support the body towards a state of ease. This offering is to remind ourselves of the power of introspection and the innate wisdom within each of us.
As Above, So Below: Connecting to the Wisdom of your Body & Nature’s Elements
Connecting to the Wisdom of your Body and Nature’s Elements.
Join Joanna for an immersive evening dedicated to exploring earth-based wisdom through movement medicine and sensory experiences.
A journey where you will be guided through the five fundamental Elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether - which weave the fabric of all existence, resonating within the natural world and within ourselves. An opportunity to delve into the exploration of Self, inviting you to tap into the inherent wisdom and healing power of Nature that lies both within you, and all around you.
Drawing on the ancient traditions of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Chinese Medicine, we will explore a range of practices, including yoga and embodied movement, rhythm and dance, voice, breath and sound, meditation and ritual. These healing modalities serve as pathways to connect with the creativity, vitality, and wisdom inherent in our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls, and help to cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves and theliving, breathing world surrounding us.
This sacred work calls us to remember our wholeness and that we are not separate from the oneness of Nature, fostering a renewed sense of belonging as we re-awaken to our role in the intricate tapestry of life.

Hip Clinic
Unlock your hips! We’ll explore hip-intensive asana such as Double Pigeon, Hero Pose, Lizard, and Lotus. Glutes, hip flexors, hamstrings, and abdominal muscles will be worked as we bring both flexibility and stability to our postures. Jill will guide you toward greater understanding about how the hip is used on the yoga mat with her signature combination of precision and playfulness.
This two-hour workshop will include a warm-up period, mobility skills and drills, and an overview of the anatomy of the hip. Get personalized feedback and hands-on support as you work toward increased range of motion and more comfort in the hips.
OVERHEAD, INTO HEART: Stability & space with the arms overhead
Armed with plenty of props and skills we'll aim in the direction of king pigeon pose (eka pada rajakapotasana) and forearm stand (pincha mayurasana) - two poses with the arms overhead. We will pair stabilizing the body with mobility to move into the steadiness of "center” (heart). Shoulders, back ribs, core and hamstrings will be part of this journey, integrating the whole body and empowering your inversions and backbends.
Expect a blend of vinyasa flow, drills, and discussion, all presented with precision and warmth. It's inevitable that Sandy will weave in spiritual teachings from yoga. You do not need to be able to do forearm stand or king pigeon - wherever you are at we'll be mapping the path forward, though participants should have an established yoga practice and be able to bear weight in the shoulders pain-free.
This workshop is limited to 20 people.
