Peter Sacco

Pete finds yoga to be the perfect balance to weight training and life in general. 

A true testimony to the saying, “yoga is for every body.”  He is a 500 hour RYT and has been teaching yoga for 8 years all over the Boston area and beyond.  From classes to yoga festivals and retreats he's taught in all sorts of different settings.  He takes his practice seriously but that doesn't mean it can't be fun.  Sharing the practice is something he truly believes in.
