300 Hour Advanced Yoga Training
Refine your Teaching. Lead with Confidence. Know your why.
The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is designed for teachers who want to expand their understanding of yoga and step into their role as experienced leaders within the yoga community. This training builds upon the foundations established in a 200-hour certification and invites teachers into deeper study, refined teaching skills, and a more embodied relationship with practice.
Through an immersive week, weekends, mentorship, self-study, and teaching practice, students explore the many dimensions of yoga including movement science, subtle energetics, nervous system awareness, philosophy, and specialized teaching skills. This training is not simply about learning more poses. It is about developing the awareness, confidence, and clarity that define an experienced teacher.

BIPOC Scholarships*
Bringing more diversity in our yoga program is an ongoing mission at Soma. In an effort to bridge the divide that has long existed within the yoga community between privilege and under-resourced populations, we are working to create more access and opportunity for communities that are underrepresented within our industry.
Our BIPOC Scholarship provides 50% off our regular tuition for any student that identifies as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color. We aim to provide specific support to new BIPOC teachers with the hope of further diversifying the leadership of the yoga industry. Recipients of the BIPOC Scholarship will be able to take unlimited classes at Soma for free throughout the entire training. They will also receive extra support to help bring yoga to underserved populations.
We offer two BIPOC scholarships per training to the most deserving candidates. We will ask you to write a short essay about how you plan to use your certification to bring more diversity into the yoga world.
*free membership is valid only during the training

*To support diversity in yoga, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color can access this scholarship. We don’t assume that all who identify as BIPOC require or want financial support to access yoga. For those who do, we see this as step towards equity within a system that has predominantly failed communities of color.
